Set amongst hundreds of ancient olive trees and grape vines, The Pinelli Estate - or Tenuta Pinelli as it's known locally - stretches across over 18 acres of rolling hills. Nestled right at the heart of this scene is Il Rifugio, a four bedroom villa converted from traditional farm buildings. Built with local stone, it features aged birch wooden beams, shuttered windows and terracotta roof tiles to reinforce the classic Italian architecture.
Every tiny detail has been lovingly restored to accentuate all the original character but also deliver a lifestyle experience that’s second to none. From the décor, lighting and fixtures to the furnishings, infinity pool and technology, no expense has been spared.
Whilst all of the bedroom areas are fully air conditioned, the lower floors benefit from the natural coolness of exaggeratedly thick walls and the partial underground rear foundations. For the cooler winter months, a Morsoe log burning stove is a warming focal point in the hallway, and an antique cast iron log burner tucked into a corner keeps the dining room completely cosy.
Superfast Wi-FI is freely available throughout the property and extends with ease to every corner of the vast paved terraces and pool area.

Location
Located near the Cilento coast of Campania in southwestern Italy, The Pinelli Estate nestles amongst vineyards, olive groves and sun-kissed pines. The scent of oranges and lemons mingles with the clean valley air.
Known for its stunning ancient ruins, dramatic coastline and dazzling deep blue sea, this region is famous for the bays of Naples and Salerno and the iconic chic of the Amalfi coast. The jewel-like attractions of Capri, Sorrento, Pompei, Mount Vesuvius Paestum, Positano and Caserta pepper the coastline.

Fractional ownership arrangements
You will be one of a group of like-minded owners, each with a 10% share in a company where you collectively own Il Rifugio giving you a minimum of 5 weeks’ annual use.

Best of all, you can personalize your property as much as you like. Prior to your arrival, we will remove your personal possessions (family pictures, artwork, ornaments, etc.) from their careful local storage and place them exactly where they were when you were last at Il Rifugio. On departure, they are removed and placed back into storage.

Use of The Pinelli luxury motor yacht
Owners at Il Rifugio also benefit from use (one day for each week of ownership) of The Pinelli, a Rizzardi CR50 Topline 17m luxury motor yacht fully equipped with ample fore and aft sun bathing areas, a swim deck, two kitchens, plenty of refrigerators, 4 heads, both hot showers and swim showers and fully air conditioned salon and cabins - and a fully qualified captain for the day!
Getting to Il Rifugio
Direct flights are available direct to Napoli airport throughout the year. The Pinelli Estate is less than 90 minutes away after a stunning drive past Mount Vesuvius and the spectacular Southern Italian mountains.
