Co-ownership arrangements

This is an opportunity to purchase one-eighth share of La Marmoire, which you will co-own, entitling you to at least 6 weeks exclusive usage per year, whilst all running costs are equally shared between the owners. Getting to La Marmoire

The property is an easy 90 minute drive to the ferryport at St Malo with regular sailings to and from Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey. Cherbourg (ferries from Poole) and Roscoff (ferries from Plymouth) are both a 3 hour drive. Easyjet and FlyBe have regular flights from UK airports to both Rennes and Nantes.
