Our Chalet is a new concept in luxury ski chalet fractional ownership giving you the chance to realise your dreams of buying into a high quality alpine chalet in a leading resort, at a fraction of the cost of outright ownership.

 

Every property in the portfolio will be different. Properties currently being sourced have a minimum of 6 but ideally 8 to 10 or more bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, a large lounge and dining area and good sized kitchen, boot and ski storage, fireplace, sauna and jacuzzi.

 

Owners will have a minimum of 2 winter season weeks and a minimum of 2 back to back summer holiday weeks on a rotating basis with a flexible exchange system with other owners.

 

Definitive standards have been laid down that each chalet has to meet before acquisition. These standards take into account key elements such as location, size, build quality and finish, current condition report, future maintenance planning, furnishings and access to the slopes/lift system.
