ABOUT THE AREA
The house lies in the Northern corner of the Terni province on the border between Tuscany and Umbria in Monteleone d’Orvieto.
The town of Fabro Ficulle is just 8 minutes from the house with a direct train service to Rome (90 minutes) and Florence (less than 2 hours). It also has its own motorway junction, so it is extremely easy to get straight onto the A1. Orvieto is 20 minutes away and Siena is 1.5hrs.
The larger, beautiful and renowned village of Città Della Pieve, where the great Renaissance painter Pietro Vannucci known as 'il Perugino' was born and left works of inestimable value, is also only 10 minutes away.
