We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Where we are carrying out services including setting up the ownership framework for a group of buyers, our fee will be payable by that group and we will agree this in advance. Prices shown on properties listed on this site do not include any fees that a buying group will be required to pay where we have or will be setting up the ownership framework on their behalf.
We will charge an owner a fee for listing their property on this site which will depend on a number of factors including the number of fractions, units and locations available and the likely sales period. Unless otherwise agreed, our fees apply to a 12 month listing period.
