We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Fees

We charge a fee for listing a property on this site. The fee will depend on a number of factors including the number of fractions, the units and locations available, the likely sales period and any additional services provided. The amount of the fee and who is liable to pay it will be agreed in writing before a property is listed.

 

We can provide the legal framework that allows buyers to co-own a share in a property. The terms of such purchase through us will be set out in a purchase agreement and related documentation. The terms of any other services we provide  will be governed by the relevant agreement.

Compliance and Disclaimer matters

None of the properties listed on this site are offered as an investment. Purchase of a second home on a co-ownership basis is a lifestyle decision and there should be no expectation of any income or capital return. This website and any information provided should not be construed as an offer to purchase any listed property.

Although fractional ownership of a second home is different to timeshare (which does not confer any ownership of the real estate), as they both relate to the acquisition of the right to use accommodation for more than one period of occupation, the promotion of fractional ownership is subject to the same laws and regulations as the promotion of timeshare.
