BUYING PROCESS

Due to the popularity of the South Hams, we are forming at least 2 Salcombe groups with different target buy-in prices. If we have sufficient interest, we will also look at the area to the west of Salcombe - Hope Cove, Thurlestone and Bigbury-on-Sea, and the villages to the east towards Torcross.  . Once we have at least 5 like-minded buyers for a compatible group, we will present a shortlist of open market and off-market homes.  

USAGE 

At least 42 days annual use for each owner and their friends and family. Our use programs strike a fair balance between certainty and flexibility for owners. During the aggregation process, we look for buyers who have different use preferences to maximise options for all the owners.
