USAGE 

Each owner has at least 42 days annual use to enjoy with their friends and family. Our scheduling policies strike a fair balance between certainty and flexibility for owners. This allows them to book time in their home reasonably well in advance, but also to arrange stays on shorter notice.

 

During the aggregation process, we look for buyers who have different use preferences to make their experience as close to whole ownership as possible.
